Our mission is simple.  To provide our clients with a safe and clean environment where they can receive salon services from a team that is oriented to their absolute satisfaction.  We want our clients to love the service they purchased, the salon itself, and the people who delivered that service.  To meet this goal our salon will always be structurally sound with well maintained equipment in an environment that lends itself to calm and comfort.  Our team members will always be trained to perform correct and consistent sanitation procedures on a client by client basis rather than a day to day basis.  Our team members will participate in a rigorous training and apprenticing process that will include both written knowledge and skills demonstration so our clients can rest assured that the service they will be receiving will be at the skilled hands of a knowledgeable practitioner and that no matter which team member they chose they will receive consistent quality.  We will always remember that it is the team as a whole that drives our success and that all members of the team are necessary to achieve absolute client satisfaction.  It is our mission to transform the salon industry by building and maintaining an effective team and insuring our clients are satisfied above all else.  Our clients will feel like they are a part of the salon not a number to drive our growth.
